About Phat Cats

Owners and Chefs Christina Johnson and Paul Eastman met while working in Hawaii
 
Casual up scale moderately priced dining with full liquor license and a bamboo crafted bar
 
Everything is home made from the bread to dessert, gnocchi and slow braised all natural short ribs
 
We work with local farmers, organic product, domestic Seafood and lots of natural product
 
Both Christina and Paul are trained professionals with many years of experience and are well traveled
 
Available for private functions and caterings.
